Stripe Connect: Stripe account IDs for payouts and escrow; we do not store full payment card details.
Usage data: Logs, IP addresses, device information, and analytics to improve the Service.

We use your information to operate the Service, process contracts and payouts, verify achievement via arbiter data sources, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.

We share information with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) third-party arbiter data providers (e.g., SerpAPI, Moz, OpenRouter) as needed to verify contract achievement; (c) service providers who assist us (hosting, analytics); and (d) parties to your contracts (e.g., business email, contract terms). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and contract data for as long as your account is active and as needed to fulfill legal, regulatory, or dispute-resolution requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
